The price is $68.00 (per 10 x 10 area). Included in the cost is electricity access, wifi access, and one 6 foot table. You are responsible for bringing your own chairs, and extension cord. You will note on the application it refers to a late fee if you apply after August 31. We will now be waiving the late fee.
The sale of food items is prohibited. Additionally, vendors and customers are not allowed to consume beverages that are not clear - water, ginger ale, 7 up, etc are allowed. This restriction is to protect the gym flooring.
You are responsible to collect Virginia sales tax. All vendors are required to complete Virginia Form, ST-50 and YOU MUST have that form with you at the show. A form, with information completed for our show, is available for your download at the bottom of this page. You need to complete the information pertaining to you. The form asks for SSN# and for Registration # - neither of these are required. Each vendor is responsible to complete and submit the form (whether you make a sale or not) on or before the 20th of the month following the show. (Oct 20). Directions to complete the form are provided on the form. We will have extra copies at the show.
